What you will do
- Engage prospective customers to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Sales Development Representatives to build pipeline and execute strategies.
- Forecast and report updates to the management team.
- Become an expert in hirify.global products and the competitive cybersecurity landscape.
- Manage existing customer success for subscription renewals, cross-sell, and upsell.
Requirements
- Sales experience, including cold calling and generating new business.
- Proven experience selling complex multi-product architecture to C-level executives and engineers.
- Track record of exceeding individual sales quotas.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts.
- Strong persistence, coachability, and self-discipline.
- Spoken and written fluency in Polish and English.
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity industry experience.
- Security and/or SaaS sales experience.
- Experience with cloud-native security platforms and solutions (EDR).
