What you will do

  • Process warm inbound leads from initial contact to contract signing and Statement of Work.
  • Manage client communication, including negotiations, terms alignment, and commercial proposal preparation.
  • Collaborate closely with presales and delivery departments on client presentations and demo sessions.
  • Hand over signed contracts to account managers of the respective business unit.
  • Work to improve lead-to-contract conversion rates.
  • Maintain lead reporting in CRM.

Requirements

  • Sales experience from 1 year.
  • Ability to learn and willingness to develop in sales.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and documents.
  • Stress resistance and strong communication skills.
  • Readiness for business trips and office-based work.
  • English level: C1+ (Advanced and above).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of a second foreign language.
