What you will do
- Search for and find solutions for customers’ issues.
- Analyze customers’ behavior and maintain personalized relationships with VIP clients.
- Monitor customers’ performance and behavior to evaluate bonus crediting.
- Ensure that products’ compliance is followed according to relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Irish (both written and spoken).
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to details.

- Previous experience as a Sales agent.
- Previous experience on a similar position.
