TL;DR

Location: Fully Remote. Must be based in one of the following US states: AZ, CO, CA, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. Final round interviews may be conducted in person.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 USD

What you will do

  • Determine KPIs, lead generation, and revenue targets with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class event experiences.
  • Own and execute the yearly conference calendar to meet channel goals.
  • Oversee all event operations, including presentations, socials, and booth logistics.
  • Manage pre-event and post-event training and evaluations to drive ROI.
  • Develop relationships with associations for event sponsorships and new industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of event, experiential, or field marketing experience.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Experience working across multiple buyer segments (B2C and B2B).
  • Exposure to marketing automation and campaign management using Pardot.
