Salary: $67,000–$80,000 USD + bonus

What you will do

  • Serve as primary admin for Pardot, responsible for building workflows, integrations, and managing user permissions.
  • Maintain data hygiene in Pardot and Salesforce, developing dashboards and reports for marketing performance.
  • Build and optimize lead lifecycle processes, including scoring models, routing rules, and MQL/SQL definitions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams for timely and accurate lead handoffs and monitor funnel conversion.
  • Build, maintain, and enforce marketing practices that comply with global privacy and data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
  • Stay updated on emerging MarTech and AI tools, identifying and testing opportunities to optimize the marketing tech stack.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing operations or related role.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
