TL;DR

Programme Delivery Lead: Ensuring successful implementation of the Engine platform for clients, managing large-scale, end-to-end programmes and a small team of product consultants, with an accent on client requirement understanding and expert platform knowledge. Focus on managing delivery timescales, building client relationships, and localising the Engine Platform for global banking organisations.

Location: Hybrid working model; preference to be located within commutable distance of a UK office. International travel may be required.

What you will do

  • Manage the Engine delivery team for client implementations, ensuring programme timescales are met.
  • Lead Engine platform implementation through all stages of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with client and partner teams at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and engineers on platform localisation and configuration.
  • Work with the UK Engineering team to agree on programme schedules and requirements.
  • Present clear and compelling solutions to clients and support the iterative build process, testing, and go-live.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing, consulting, or technology company roles.
  • Experience in financial services and technology delivery.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex programmes through all stages of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working with clients or senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to rapidly understand client problems and present solutions in a structured manner.

Hiring process

  • First interview (~45 minutes) with a Delivery team member.
  • Second interview (~1 hour) with additional Delivery team members.
  • Final interview (~45 minutes) with the CDO / Delivery Director.
