What you will do
- Own revenue reporting across pipeline, forecasting, bookings, retention, and growth, ensuring leadership has access to accurate data.
- Define and maintain clear metric definitions and data standards across teams and proactively surface insights, trends, and risks.
- Review, refine, and standardise revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, leading initiatives to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Own the revenue technology stack, including CRM, sales tools, and reporting platforms, driving optimisation and best-practice usage.
- Manage, coach, and develop two direct reports, raising the bar for operational excellence and analytical capability within the RevOps team.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations.
- Strong background in revenue reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
- Proven experience improving and scaling operational processes.
- Confidence owning CRM and revenue tooling in a growing organisation.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing and developing junior team members.
- Proficient spoken and written English skills are essential for global communication.
- Expected to work with and comfortable learning, experimenting, and adopting AI-powered tools responsibly.

- Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience partnering closely with Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
- Exposure to best-in-class RevOps frameworks or operating models.
