What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major platform programs across multiple teams and markets.
• Define program roadmaps and milestones, set priorities, manage trade-offs, and ensure alignment with business and technical strategy.
• Navigate dependencies, timelines, and sequencing across Platform squads and hirify.global Collectives.
• Drive effective decision-making to remove blockers and maintain momentum across long-running infrastructure programs.
• Shape operational effectiveness and engineering culture, particularly around reliability, incident management readiness, and data governance practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs from inception to launch.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Excellent coordination of work across multiple teams and managing dependencies in complex technical programs.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence without direct authority, including constructively challenging technical approaches.
• Comfortable diving into data, metrics, and technical documentation to make informed decisions.
• Experience driving technical delivery and organizational change, particularly around infrastructure, system resilience, or data governance.
• English: B2+ required.
• Work authorization/eligibility to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship available).
