Location: Hybrid in Clearwater, Florida. Open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.

What you will do
- Promote and sell hirify.global’s range of cybersecurity products and services to SMB customers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of cross-sale, add-on, and upgrade opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Identify key decision makers and articulate the value proposition of hirify.global's full product suite.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists to ensure increased ARR and product suite adoption.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support the renewal process.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales.
- 2 years selling software to Small Medium Enterprise (SMB).
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
- Experience with Salesforce and Gmail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Stats-driven, motivated, energetic self-starter with strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Network or Security Plus certification.
