Cross-Sales Representative (SMB) (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Cross-Sales Representative (Cybersecurity): Managing existing SMB customer accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within those accounts with an accent on promoting and selling additional hirify.global products and services to achieve monthly sales quotas. Focus on building pipelines, identifying decision-makers, and articulating value propositions to increase product adoption and subscription levels.

Location: Hybrid in Clearwater, Florida. Open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.

What you will do

• Promote and sell hirify.global’s range of cybersecurity products and services to SMB customers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of cross-sale, add-on, and upgrade opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Identify key decision makers and articulate the value proposition of hirify.global's full product suite.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists to ensure increased ARR and product suite adoption.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support the renewal process.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales.
• 2 years selling software to Small Medium Enterprise (SMB).
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
• Experience with Salesforce and Gmail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Stats-driven, motivated, energetic self-starter with strong collaborative and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Network or Security Plus certification.
