Location: This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in the office 2X / week in London, UK.

What you will do

  • Engage with new strategic accounts to uncover revenue opportunities and develop customized solutions for Enterprise prospects (+501 FTEs in the UK).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders.
  • Strategize with Sales and complete personal pipeline generation to ensure a steady and consistent pipeline.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to closing, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on delivering impactful business outcomes.
  • Represent hirify.global at key industry events, forums, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven success in SaaS Sales with experience in enterprise new logo acquisition (501+ FTEs in UK).
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and working on ticket sizes of £100K - £500K+.
  • Expertise in strategic account management and managing complex sales cycles (9 months+).
  • Comfortably engage with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled at navigating intricate procurement and compliance processes and presenting compelling value propositions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an interest in using data effectively.
