Client Success Senior Manager (SaaS Sales): Leading new customer acquisition and growth for mid-market and Enterprise prospects in the UKI with an accent on building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and crafting personalized solutions. Focus on driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and engaging C-suite executives to align with business goals.
Location: This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in the office 2X / week in London, UK.

What you will do
- Engage with new strategic accounts to uncover revenue opportunities and develop customized solutions for Enterprise prospects (+501 FTEs in the UK).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders.
- Strategize with Sales and complete personal pipeline generation to ensure a steady and consistent pipeline.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to closing, collaborating with internal teams.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on delivering impactful business outcomes.
- Represent at key industry events, forums, and conferences.
Requirements
- Proven success in SaaS Sales with experience in enterprise new logo acquisition (501+ FTEs in UK).
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and working on ticket sizes of £100K - £500K+.
- Expertise in strategic account management and managing complex sales cycles (9 months+).
- Comfortably engage with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
- Skilled at navigating intricate procurement and compliance processes and presenting compelling value propositions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an interest in using data effectively.
