Location: This position is a Director-level opportunity within our Field Sales team. We are seeking qualified candidates who are based in CA, WA, AZ, CO or NV.
Salary: $160,000–$215,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of senior sales professionals, focusing on pipeline development, territory planning, and forecasting.
- Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue across the assigned region.
- Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external VAR resellers to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
- Capture and maintain accurate prospect information using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products to Healthcare clients.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
- Ability to build executive relationships, articulate hirify.global’s product and business strategies, and create demand.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Ability to work remotely and be able and willing to travel on short notice.
