TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Identifying and engaging new prospects and existing accounts to introduce hirify.global’s products and services with an accent on outbound and inbound strategic business development. Focus on creating qualified opportunities, mastering product value propositions, and maintaining CRM activities.

Location: Remote globally. This Business Development Representative role is focused on the Malaysia market.

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound strategic business development to find new potential customers and set up initial meetings for the sales team.
  • Perform inbound strategic business development as part of follow-up with customers and prospects who have responded to marketing activities.
  • Work with Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams to become knowledgeable in hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Perform contact discovery using various prospecting platforms such as ZoomInfo, Wiza, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Maintain daily activities in Salesforce CRM and Outreach, tracking interactions with prospects, partners, and customers.
  • Interact regularly with Marketing and Sales to discuss lead qualification processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, or equivalent level of education.
  • Prior business development experience.
  • Strong telephone (cold calling) and outbound emailing skills.
  • Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated with organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
