What you will do
- Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold-calls, cold emails, and social touches.
- Qualify inbound leads by introducing hirify.global and running them through a BANT criteria.
- Represent our brand to customers at the start of their research journey.
- Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base.
- Serve as a product specialist on hirify.global products and services.
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant work experience in outbound tech sales.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars.
- Persuasive self-starter with a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their needs.
