TL;DR

Business Development Executive: Driving global partnership sales and expanding the customer base for tech events with an accent on lead generation, client acquisition, and building relationships. Focus on executing outbound campaigns, presenting sponsorship opportunities, and enhancing conversion rates for startups.

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Dublin. Pension contributions are Irish-based only.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to grow hirify.global’s global partnership base.
  • Execute and manage outbound campaigns using platforms such as Amplemarket and LinkedIn.
  • Present and demonstrate sponsorship opportunities to potential partners.
  • Collaborate with the Startups team to enhance conversion of startups into sponsors.
  • Engage with competitors’ events to acquire high-quality business leads.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to develop sales collateral and campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of business development experience or ability to demonstrate strong hunting skills.
  • You enjoy a learning culture, sharing ideas, and frequent communication.
  • You are passionate about analytics, processes, relationship building, or client acquisition.
  • You are an analytical thinker with an interest in account management and business development.
