New Business Account Executive: Proactively managing and growing a portfolio of early-stage customers to increase adoption and identify expansion opportunities with an accent on achieving incremental ARR targets and building strong account relationships. Focus on outbound prospecting motions for white space accounts and managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cadences.
Location: Based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office, Wednesday and Friday remote options)
Salary: €56,500–€66,850 (base salary range)

What you will do
- Proactively manage a wide range of customers earlier in their journey with hirify.global.
- Prioritize and segment accounts, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Develop plans to achieve incremental ARR targets and build strong account relationships.
- Increase adoption and retention within the account base.
- Target white space accounts with persona or vertical outbound prospecting motions.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cadences and own pipeline growth.
Requirements
- +1 year of closing experience in a high-velocity sales motion.
- Swedish/Norwegian and English language skills are required.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and account management skills.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clar. Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to articulate value propositions.
