Location: This is a hybrid role based in Almada/Setúbal, Portugal, with 2 days home office per week and additional full remote flexibility during summer and December.

What you will do

  • Identify and contact selected restaurants through cold calls, walk-ins, and planned meetings.
  • Manage the full sales process, from first contact to closing deals and publishing restaurants.
  • Present and sell hirify.global products and services, including software tools, booking widgets, and marketing solutions.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and make regular outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, including rates and margins, and close new business agreements.
  • Work closely with sales operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese, with a good level of written and spoken English.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in an online or technology-driven company.
  • Experience managing outbound sales activities and closing new business.
  • Comfortable working with targets and taking responsibility for results.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
  • Experience with direct contact sales, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing a sales territory and pipeline using Salesforce or another CRM tool.
