What you will do
- Proactively engage in lead generation and account development, following up on leads and uncovering prospects' business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to contribute to strategies, campaigns, and cross/upsell activities.
- Maintain best practices for lead cadence, ensuring immediate contact and continuous engagement to meet targets.
- Participate in centralized outbound campaigns, working with various internal teams and partners.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies through data and feedback, leveraging CRM insights and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Naturally curious and highly coachable, with a strong drive to exceed goals.
- Skilled at building rapport quickly and possessing strong interpersonal abilities.
- Confident in making 50+ cold calls daily with genuine enthusiasm for connecting with prospects.
- Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management skills.
