What you will do
- Generate quality meetings that consistently convert into a meaningful sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate persistence and creativity in executing daily multi-channel outreach (cold calling, personalized emails, video, social).
- Partner strategically with Account Executives to map and penetrate key accounts.
- Lead initial discovery meetings to uncover client pain points and energy management needs.
- Deliver compelling product demos showcasing how hirify.global’s platform solves critical energy, finance, and sustainability challenges.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales role, preferably within SaaS or the energy sector.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity, meetings, and pipeline quotas.
- Technical proficiency with both Salesforce and modern Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Regie, Outreach, Apollo, etc.).
- Resourcefulness in using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to handle objections with poise and curiosity.
- Ability to communicate effectively under pressure while demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the Energy, Sustainability, or Fintech space.
- Prior experience running discovery and demos on client meetings.
- Comfort and discipline working in a fully remote, high-growth environment.
