What you will do

  • Initiate communication via phone, email, and social media to resonate Axioma messages with stakeholders.
  • Screen, qualify, and nurture inbound marketing leads using hirify.global’s sales best practices.
  • Oversee the invitation process for Axioma promotional activities, attracting and retaining client interest.
  • Enrich, update, and clean the CRM system (SalesForce), researching new contacts and maintaining account information.
  • Log all interactions in SalesForce, use reports, and provide product/solution information to customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and support appointment setting.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience (2-5 years) in a similar position at a capital markets firm or software solutions provider.
  • Basic understanding of capital markets, investment operations, and portfolio management systems.
  • Ability to make a high volume of outreaches to present ideas and concepts.
  • Knowledge and experience in using the SalesForce CRM system.
  • Advanced PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • English language required; another European language would be advantageous.
