Senior Product Manager (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Formulate product hypotheses and translate them into testable product versions.
• Build zero versions and MVPs quickly using engineering and AI tools.
• Design and execute marketing and growth experiments (channels, creatives, landing flows, messaging).
• Launch traffic and work with analytics to evaluate funnels, cohorts, and experiment results.
• Make clear decisions on product direction and define next steps (iterate, pivot, stop).
• Own the product backlog, align with engineering, manage scope and timelines, and remove blockers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product team for delivering digital consumer products (eCommerce or eHealth).
• Proven track record in 0→1 product development and growth experimentation.
• Ability to act as a cross-functional synthesizer, especially between engineering and marketing.
• Analytical mindset, strong thought leadership, and excellent people and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and collaborate effectively with legal and compliance teams to navigate German regulatory matters.
• Professional Business English is a must; German is a strong plus.
