What you will do
- Gather and analyze regional market intelligence to shape product strategies for global managed services.
- Act as a regional ambassador for product communication and customer engagement in the DACH region.
- Translate regional market needs, competitive signals, and customer opportunities into product enhancement recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio and monitor industry trends.
- Coordinate enablement activities with Product Marketing to ensure sales readiness and consistent messaging, educating regional stakeholders on product vision, differentiators, and roadmap direction.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of SAP Managed Cloud Services, Application Management Services, and S/4HANA Transformation Services.
- Experience in Sales/Presales background and market expertise.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and/or English.
- Occasional international travel is required.
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting, combined with strong communication and presentation skills and a confident, team-oriented manner.
