TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Adtech): Driving agency growth by owning new business activity end to end, turning conversations into long-term partnerships, and building a repeatable pipeline of opportunities with an accent on outbound outreach, sales cycle management, and opportunity identification. Focus on achieving clear targets, shaping commercial strategy, and working closely with leadership and delivery teams.

Location: Hybrid (3 days office-based) in central London

Salary: £40,000 base + 7% commission of all new business (excluding ad spend)

What you will do

  • Proactively generate new business through structured outbound outreach.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Build and manage pipelines across phone, email, and LinkedIn activity.
  • Identify and bid for the right opportunities via relevant project boards.
  • Attend bi-weekly client meetings to review performance and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or agency sales.
  • Confidence with cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience using CRM and outreach tools such as Smartlead or ClickUp.
  • Strong commercial awareness with negotiation and closing ability.
  • A self-motivated approach and comfort working to clear targets.
