TL;DR

Business Development Associate: Developing sales opportunities through extensive cold-calling activities and other outreach tactics with an accent on maintaining daily call volumes and accurate CRM documentation. Focus on turning prospective customers into qualified sales opportunities and booking qualified sales meetings.

Location: central London - 4 day in the office

Salary: £30,000 base + £14,300 Target incentive

What you will do

  • Develop sales opportunities through extensive cold-calling activities and other outreach tactics.
  • Maintain established daily call volumes.
  • Accurately document leads and appointments in Salesforce CRM.
  • Work directly with Sales Executives to book qualified sales meetings.
  • Research contacts and prepare opening pitches.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 months of previous B2B Sales experience.
  • Strong determination, resilience, and a go-getter attitude to meet quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of talking to people.
  • A hunger to learn and develop within the sales field.
