TL;DR

Senior Sales Engineer (DACH): Supports technical sales and implementation of a business product, acting as a technical subject matter expert with an accent on understanding security programs, integrating with client systems, and technically closing complex opportunities. Focus on driving the technology evaluation stage, consulting with IT leadership, and optimizing the technical sales process.

Location: Remote (Europe) or Hybrid in Paris or Lisbon. Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to provide technical and domain expertise, develop account strategies, and uncover business opportunities.
  • Assist clients with understanding and configuring hirify.global to integrate with their processes and systems.
  • Deeply understand security programs and success criteria of prospects and customers to align their goals with hirify.global's capabilities.
  • Actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process for prospects of various technical levels.
  • Technically close complex and competitive opportunities through advanced security domain expertise, technical skill, and credibility.
  • Craft technical content/documentation to show prospects/customers how to implement solutions and satisfy desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience in a sales, consulting, or other technical roles working with enterprise customers.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience with cloud and on-premise IT environments, enterprise web technologies, directory services (Active Directory, Azure, Okta, G-suite, etc.), endpoint and network management.
  • 3+ years of experience working with identity providers like MS AD, MS Azure AD, G Suite, and Okta.
  • Understanding of core security concerns and threat models within desktop, mobile, and web application architecture.
  • Experience in a SaaS sales environment with deal close experience.
  • Ability to write concise technical documentation.
