What you will do

  • Use outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and find new business.
  • Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
  • Position and articulate the hirify.global value proposition to Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects.
  • Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders.
  • Work with Business Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities.
  • Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS is mandatory.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft.
  • Ability to navigate complex decision-making and connect and speak with C-levels.
  • A proactive, driven seller able to identify business pains and outcomes, drive urgency, and take end-to-end ownership.
  • Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC.
  • Ability to exchange in Italian or Hebrew.
