What you will do
- Use outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and find new business.
- Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
- Position and articulate the hirify.global value proposition to Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects.
- Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders.
- Work with Business Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities.
- Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS is mandatory.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft.
- Ability to navigate complex decision-making and connect and speak with C-levels.
- A proactive, driven seller able to identify business pains and outcomes, drive urgency, and take end-to-end ownership.
- Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC.
- Ability to exchange in Italian or Hebrew.
