What you will do
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of outbound BDRs to achieve key objectives, focusing on building a high-performing team of top talent and fostering their professional growth.
- Develop and implement effective outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of targets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build regular sales campaigns and systematically improve lead qualification processes.
- Establish and maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline generation, leveraging all available resources, including field sales, marketing, channel partners, and sales development to accelerate new business.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales and management experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding quotas selling security, networking, and/or software solutions.
- Experience leading a sales team focused on growing new business and new logos.
- Strong hunter mentality: direct experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer acquisition, and sourcing new pipeline.
- Strong presentation and communications skills, competent translating technical features into business value.
- Comfortable working in a highly fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Gong Engage and SFDC are a plus.
