What you will do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer value.
  • Manage contract renewal cycle from initial meetings through negotiation and signature.
  • Achieve new sales growth quota within the customer base.
  • Advocate for customers, driving relationships and creating new champions.
  • Identify whitespace in accounts and create value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells.
  • Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in full sales cycle account management or net new logo sales, targeting technical audiences.
  • Strong ability to run discovery, manage sales cycles, handle objections, implement multi-faceted sales strategies, and close deals.
  • Light experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota or metric carrying role.
  • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity industry experience.
  • Security and/or SaaS Sales experience.
  • Advanced experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
