What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer value.
- Manage contract renewal cycle from initial meetings through negotiation and signature.
- Achieve new sales growth quota within the customer base.
- Advocate for customers, driving relationships and creating new champions.
- Identify whitespace in accounts and create value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells.
- Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize growth.
Requirements
- Experience in full sales cycle account management or net new logo sales, targeting technical audiences.
- Strong ability to run discovery, manage sales cycles, handle objections, implement multi-faceted sales strategies, and close deals.
- Light experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota or metric carrying role.
- Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Security and/or SaaS Sales experience.
