TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (AI): Acquiring and growing largest enterprise accounts by demonstrating exceptional planning and determination, with an accent on delivering impactful product demos and collaborating with product teams to drive innovation. Focus on navigating ambiguous organizational structures, securing new business deals with high ACV, and crafting compelling business cases.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Office attendance at least 3 days a week in London is required. Visa sponsorship to work in the United Kingdom may be available.

Salary: £110,000–£165,000

What you will do

  • Acquire and grow the largest enterprise accounts through strategic planning, discipline, creativity, and determination.
  • Deliver impactful product demos, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with product teams to drive innovation.
  • Continuously improve enterprise-focused sales processes, drive positive change, and maintain adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with colleagues where sales is a central focus of the business strategy.

Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise sales experience selling to technical stakeholders, demonstrated through successful acquisition and expansion of Fortune 500 customers.
  • Proven track record of securing new business deals with $1-5M+ ACV, navigating ambiguous organizational structures and complex procurement processes.
  • Exceptional strategic prospecting experience, with an extensive track record of orchestrating creative strategies to break into major accounts.
  • Exceptional ability to craft compelling business cases with prospects and customers, building consensus across stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity, and proactively driving initiatives forward.
  • Ability to commit to 3 days in the London office per week.
