What you will do

  • Work with cross-functional teams to build hirify.global solutions for customers in consumer and distribution.
  • Assess accounts and develop strategies to identify and engage all buying centers.
  • Apply a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for enterprise growth accounts.
  • Navigate between technical and business stakeholders to connect challenges to business value.
  • Identify and secure tech wins to grow consumption while managing complex sales cycles.
  • Track all customer details, projects, and forecasting in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Strong closing experience and evidence of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Sales experience within cloud data and AI software, ideally linked to open source technology.
  • Track record of driving consistent high activity to generate, develop, and accelerate pipeline.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and playbooks (e.g., MEDDPICC, value selling).
  • Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based consumption services (SaaS) and co-selling with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams.
  • Ability to co-develop business cases and gain support from C-level Executives.
