TL;DR

Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Identifying and acquiring new mid-market accounts within an assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas with an accent on pipeline building, value articulation, and strategic deal negotiation. Focus on understanding buying needs, shortening sales cycles, and leveraging Salesforce for accurate record-keeping.

Location: Position located in Leeds, England.

What you will do

  • Acquire new Mid-Market-sized logo accounts within an assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities through various prospecting methods and product demos.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s full suite of products, educating customers on improving their human firewall.
  • Understand an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, and potential roadblocks to shorten sales cycles.
  • Act strategically in offering subscription levels, multi-year deals, and/or negotiating discounted pricing to increase ARR.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce and collaborate with Channel sales representatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience selling to Mid-Market sized businesses.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry (desirable).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Stats driven business professional who is motivated, energetic, and a self-starter.
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent.
