TL;DR

Salary: $70,000+ (Base Salary + Commissions)

What you will do

  • Make 120+ outbound calls daily to identify and qualify new business leads.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers to uncover high-potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to strategize and advance deals.
  • Manage and accurately update CRM data, ensuring no lead goes cold.
  • Present compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or telesales, preferably in tech.
  • Proven ability to break into new accounts and drive lead generation.
  • Familiarity with security threats and solutions is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales tools like Salesloft or Outreach.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive.
