TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Qualify leads and develop opportunities for the sales team by researching potential customers and educating prospects on product offerings. Focus on outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and strategic collaboration with marketing and sales.

Location: Hybrid position located in the New York area.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (including base, bonuses, and commissions)

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers for hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads.
  • Develop and implement outbound prospecting to engage prospective buyers.
  • Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on a strategic sales approach.
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity in Salesforce.com and Salesloft.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Good computer skills, including Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented.
  • Ability to leave interested messages and be pleasantly persistent.
  • Must be located in the New York area.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Organizational project management experience.
