Location: Hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA (1x week onsite) or remote from Austin, TX, USA

Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer value.
  • Manage contract renewal cycle, from scheduling to negotiation and signature, achieving escalated ARR rates.
  • Achieve new sales growth quota within the existing customer base.
  • Advocate for customers, driving relationships and creating new champions.
  • Identify whitespace for upgrades and cross-sells, consulting on additional solutions.
  • Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logo sales to a technical audience.
  • Strong ability to run discovery, manage full sales cycle, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Proficient understanding of sales qualification frameworks (e.g., Medic, Medpicc, Sandlar).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in an individually focused role.
  • Ability to balance daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (e.g., US citizen, Green Card holder, or other authorized work status).
