What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer value.
- Manage contract renewal cycle, from scheduling to negotiation and signature, achieving escalated ARR rates.
- Achieve new sales growth quota within the existing customer base.
- Advocate for customers, driving relationships and creating new champions.
- Identify whitespace for upgrades and cross-sells, consulting on additional solutions.
- Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logo sales to a technical audience.
- Strong ability to run discovery, manage full sales cycle, handle objections, and close deals.
- Proficient understanding of sales qualification frameworks (e.g., Medic, Medpicc, Sandlar).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in an individually focused role.
- Ability to balance daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (e.g., US citizen, Green Card holder, or other authorized work status).
