TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Director (RegTech): Driving new-logo acquisition and cross-selling enterprise regulatory technology solutions with an accent on influencing senior stakeholders and closing high-value deals. Location: Remote in the United States or Canada, aligned to East Coast hours. Travel 50–75% driven by deal needs.

What you will do

  • Join the New Logo Sales Team to promote a full suite of solutions across the investment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to generate pipeline and advance opportunities.
  • Close high-value deals in investment and regulatory technology.
  • Influence ARR growth tied to major products like Omnia and Signal.
  • Expand the company's footprint across asset managers, fund administrators, wealth managers, investment consultants, and asset owners.

Requirements

  • RegTech sales experience (top priority).
  • Strong background selling into alternative asset managers, private asset managers, and compliance/regulatory leaders.
  • 5–10 years of SaaS or regulated-industry sales experience.
  • True “hunter” mindset with strong discovery and qualification capabilities.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the investment ecosystem.
  • Must be able to travel 50–75% for deal needs.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling RegTech, compliance, or fin-tech solutions.
  • Background with competitor firms such as FundApps, Adenza, Droit, Solutions Atlantic, AQ Metrics, DFIN, Knap, Contigo.
  • Familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles (6–12+ months).
  • Fast learner with an appetite to grow product and regulatory expertise.
