Location: This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule, requiring in-person work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most hirify.globals have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Salary: $111,000 - $125,000

What you will do
- Proactively manage a portfolio of emerging enterprise customers, serving as their main point of contact.
- Define territory and account strategies in partnership with Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Exec Sponsors.
- Influence how hirify.global achieves its goals in vertical markets.
- Navigate enterprises to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-Level decision makers.
- Strategize the largest vertical revenue opportunities at hirify.global and experiment with new processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years selling directly into emerging enterprise organizations and 6+ years’ experience closing business.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior line-of-business and IT executives at large organizations.
- Experience working directly with or knowledge of vertical markets, specifically Financial Services.
- Proven ability in new customer acquisition and account management.
- Ability to prioritize a mixed book of accounts and rally supporting teams.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
