TL;DR

Emerging Enterprise Account Executive (Financial Services): Proactively managing a portfolio of enterprise customers and driving new business within the financial services vertical with an accent on defining go-to-market strategies and closing deals with C-Level decision makers. Focus on navigating complex enterprise organizations, building champions, and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.

Location: This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule, requiring in-person work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most hirify.globals have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Salary: $111,000 - $125,000

What you will do

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of emerging enterprise customers, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Define territory and account strategies in partnership with Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Exec Sponsors.
  • Influence how hirify.global achieves its goals in vertical markets.
  • Navigate enterprises to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-Level decision makers.
  • Strategize the largest vertical revenue opportunities at hirify.global and experiment with new processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years selling directly into emerging enterprise organizations and 6+ years’ experience closing business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior line-of-business and IT executives at large organizations.
  • Experience working directly with or knowledge of vertical markets, specifically Financial Services.
  • Proven ability in new customer acquisition and account management.
  • Ability to prioritize a mixed book of accounts and rally supporting teams.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
