What you will do
- Lead and grow strategic relationships with major agency networks and independent agencies across DACH.
- Own significant revenue streams and deliver sales and revenue targets across hirify.global products.
- Develop and pitch custom, integrated advertising solutions in response to client briefs and RFPs.
- Expand existing partnerships into broader, multi-revenue agreements.
- Drive business cases for product enhancements based on client and market needs.
- Generate high-value sales activity through established relationships, meetings, and proposals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in media sales, ideally across TV, OTT, digital, or programmatic advertising.
- Strong experience working with media agencies or broadcasters, ideally within sports or video.
- Expertise in programmatic and/or TV advertising models.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to lead, prioritise, and deliver under pressure.
