What you will do

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of large accounts in DACH to fuel regional growth and revenue.
• Guide new partners in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) through the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to configure partners and ensure seamless integrations.
• Analyze data and metrics to improve online visibility and partner performance on the platform.
• Upsell and upgrade existing collaborations by promoting hirify.global Payments and commercial conditions.
• Maintain CRM workflows, meet deadlines, and ensure clear communication with partners.

Requirements

• Educational background in Business, Tourism, IT, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest in data analysis and connectivity with technical comfort for digital tools and integration challenges.
• Near-native German skills required.
• Fluent English skills required.
• Understanding of the DACH business landscape and ability to build high-trust relationships.
• Data-driven, process-oriented mindset for prioritizing tasks and optimizing performance.
