What you will do
- Take ownership of HubSpot operational development, including configuration, pipelines, and properties.
- Develop and maintain the HubSpot data model to ensure high consistency and completeness.
- Identify manual pain points and implement automated workflows for routing, task queues, and SLA handovers.
- Build standard reports and dashboards to enable effective pipeline and process quality management.
- Act as the central point of contact for HubSpot, driving system adoption through documentation and training.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager, HubSpot Admin, or in a comparable role.
- Strong affinity for data with the ability to derive concrete recommendations for action.
- Deep understanding of CRM workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
- Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in innovation, AI, and automation.
