What you will do

• Own AI-driven lead import automation, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize underlying data and systems for marketing execution.
• Maintain a deep understanding of lead flow processes, marketing automation, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and platform-related issues, including sync discrepancies.
• Execute and manage Marketo and platform administration tasks and enhancements.
• Design, maintain, and present dashboards for data quality, integration reliability, and performance.
• Implement and continuously improve operational processes for data cleanliness and compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
• Document and refine operational workflows across Marketo and associated systems.

Requirements

• Hybrid position based in Mexico City.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, Excel, and Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data manipulation).
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Glean, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
• Deep understanding of operational processing in Marketo and related systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
