What you will do

  • Mentor and coach a team of Direct and Channel Sales Development Representatives.
  • Oversee the follow-up and qualifying of direct and partner leads by SDRs.
  • Monitor daily statistics of Sales Development Representatives and identify discrepancies.
  • Support Channel Sales Development Representatives with partner escalations.
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan, including email and call scripts.
  • Coordinate and align with the Global Sales Director on SDR Team performance goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Channel/Direct experience.
  • Minimum 1 year Leadership experience.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
