What you will do

• Lead the team in building next-generation applications, platforms, and services.
• Define and execute budget, resource, and tool plans for product evolution.
• Establish learning plans to foster professional and technical growth within the team.
• Define and utilize metrics to measure delivery on business and service level objectives.
• Anticipate and remove impediments for the team as a servant leader.
• Develop strong relationships with Business Operations partners and provide regular updates on automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software development required.
• Experience leading software development projects and people preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of business processes for supported business groups and information technology systems.
• Superior organizational skills in planning and prioritizing workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating technical terminology to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead through influence, inspiration, collaboration, and teamwork.
