What you will do

• Own technical leadership for CX AI opportunities and shape deal strategy with sales.
• Conduct structured discovery workshops to define business goals and technical constraints.
• Design future-state architectures integrating product analytics, marketing, and CX data securely.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of hirify.global’s AI Agents and platform capabilities.
• Map RFP and RFI requirements to platform capabilities, including data governance and security controls.
• Advise executives on driving revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction through analytics maturity.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience selling or implementing CX, CRM, analytics, or AI-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, integrations, and modern data architectures.
• Proven ability to guide complex enterprise evaluations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience addressing security, compliance, and data-privacy requirements in regulated environments.
• Must be based in the USA and willing to travel across regionally distributed accounts as needed.
