What you will do

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer evaluation cycles.
• Architect hirify.global solutions that align with customer goals and technical constraints.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for demos, proofs-of-value, and implementation design.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and strengthen technical narratives.
• Build and maintain technical enablement materials for pre-sales execution.
• Serve as hirify.global’s technical voice in key enterprise deals, building trust through depth and clarity.

Requirements

• Strong experience in solutions architecture or sales engineering at a high-growth startup.
• Deep understanding of technical architectures, APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong consultative selling skills – able to map product capabilities to customer pain points and ROI.
• Skilled at communicating complex technical concepts simply to both engineering and executive audiences.
• Builder mindset – you enjoy creating scalable processes, proof-of-concepts, and reusable frameworks.
• Collaborative partner to Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring tight feedback loops.
• English: C1+ required
