What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of leadership, manager, and employee development programs.
• Translate talent strategy into clear plans, tools, communications, and workflows for consistent rollout across teams.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, anticipating risks and proactively solving problems.
• Build and maintain a program effectiveness dashboard, synthesizing data to measure impact and inform improvements.
• Evaluate and iterate on existing programs, identifying opportunities for evolution and scalability.
• Bring curiosity and a practical point of view on how AI can enhance learning, development, and workforce effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, ideally with HR exposure in a high-growth tech environment.
• Exposure to and strong interest in AI-enabled tools and their application to workforce transformation.
• Proven ability to execute and scale complex, cross-functional programs effectively.
• Strong people-first mindset, focusing on the emotional and practical employee experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders.
• Must have work authorization for the United States.
• English: B2 required.
