What you will do
- Sell hirify.global’s suite of SaaS products to doctors across various specialties.
- Represent the hirify.global brand to SMB medical practices through direct outreach, including cold-calling, emailing, and networking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring database hygiene and comprehensive notes on interactions and progress.
- Manage and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, guiding them through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Provide insightful feedback to leadership on sales processes, strategies, and department needs to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
- Thrives in a 30-day-or-less sales cycle, quickly builds rapport, handles objections, and moves deals forward efficiently.
- Committed to the bigger picture and willing to prioritize long-term impact over short-term gains when needed.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Passionate about innovating healthcare and improving patient experiences.
- Formal education (BA/BS degree or some college coursework).
