Business Development Representative (AI): Generating qualified pipeline and inbound leads for the North American market with an accent on targeted outbound across various channels and refining messaging. Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week in our Chelsea office in New York City, with quarterly fully expensed Paris office visits. This role is for an NYC-based team. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are only available for positions based in France. We cannot sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France.
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base + variable (80/20) + Stock-Options.

What you will do
- Run targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified pipeline in key verticals.
- Qualify inbound leads and partner with the Head of Sales and AEs for strong deal progression.
- Utilize Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify high-potential accounts and maintain pipeline visibility.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, test campaigns, and improve conversion.
- Consistently achieve monthly pipeline targets while accurately logging activity and data in HubSpot.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally as a BDR, SDR, or similar role in B2B SaaS or API-first environments.
- Fluent in English and a strong communicator: concise, engaging, and persuasive.
- Data-driven, curious, and adaptable mindset.
- Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and Sales Navigator, and comfortable analyzing results.
- Proactive, self-starting, and enthusiastic about AI and its possibilities.
- Must be based in New York City and work 3 days/week from the Chelsea office.
