Salary: £111,500–£134,000 OTE

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge and technical skill.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on need and problems with customers.
• Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create other enablement material.

Requirements

• Must be located in the UK.
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership to handle various and complex assignments.
• First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote internal teams and worldwide customers.
• Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
• Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
