Solutions Consultant I (Observability): Supporting the Enterprise Greenfield Sales team by delivering technical demonstrations and Proof of Value presentations for the Digital Intelligence Platform with an accent on observability and customer-centric solution architecture. Focus on identifying revenue opportunities through technical validation, optimizing product integration within complex infrastructures, and aligning product capabilities with business needs.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you will do

• Support Enterprise Greenfield Sales with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, POV presentations, and RFP responses.
• Lead the adoption, optimization, and integration of hirify.global products within customers' business infrastructure.
• Partner with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through upsells and contract renewals.
• Provide customer feedback to product management and engineering groups regarding new features.
• Maintain deep understanding of customers' business and technical environments.
• Travel to customer sites as part of a field-based role.

Requirements

• Proven pre-sales experience within the software industry.
• Track record of managing technical engagements for complex enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with one or more languages: Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, or Node.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar degree.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Understanding of network and system management solutions.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, AIOps, Logging, Data Analytics, or Visualization.
• Knowledge or certification in public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with real user monitoring and digital experience.
