TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Fintech): Converting qualified leads and driving detailed business plans for goal and quota attainment with an accent on thorough discovery of customer’s business priorities and challenges. Focus on upselling additional products and services to existing customers and collaborating with Inside Sales team on strategy for increasing the sales pipeline.

What you will do

  • Convert qualified leads generated by the Inside Sales and SDR teams to successful closure.
  • Generate own leads through outbound prospecting, working in liaison with marketing, leadgen, sdrs and customer success.
  • Drive thorough discovery of customer’s business priorities and challenges and offer relevant product introductions.
  • Be a strategic business partner for new customers, offering consultation and insight into their market, industry, and business model.
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales team on strategy for increasing the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in working with customers virtually; some travel may be required.
  • Experience working with small to mid-level sized companies.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented with the desire to work in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing technology sales or inside sales representative roles.
  • Experience in or an understanding of the spa, salon, fitness, and/or beauty & wellness industry, and/or Fintech SaaS Sales is a BIG PLUS!
