What you will do
- Generate new pipeline through converting inbound demand and proactive targeted outbound prospecting.
- Own the full sales cycle including high-signal discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, accurately forecast, and provide weekly pipeline updates to leadership.
- Ensure a high-quality handoff from sales to delivery, providing full context and clear expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in eCommerce, Martech, or agencies (Klaviyo/Shopify ecosystem is a plus).
- Proven track record as a full-cycle Account Executive from first conversation to close.
- Strong discovery and qualification skills to quickly uncover real problems and determine fit.
- Comfort selling a complex, high-trust service rather than a transactional product.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and high ownership.
Nice to have
- Background in Lifecycle Marketing service delivery or Shopify Tech/vendor sales.
- Existing network within Klaviyo/Shopify/partner ecosystems.
