Location: Remote-first. Europe preferred. Company division based in Cyprus.

hirify.global is a Klaviyo Elite Partner agency specializing in data-driven lifecycle marketing for health, wellness, beauty, and subscription eCommerce brands.

What you will do

  • Generate new pipeline through converting inbound demand and proactive targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Own the full sales cycle including high-signal discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, accurately forecast, and provide weekly pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Ensure a high-quality handoff from sales to delivery, providing full context and clear expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience in eCommerce, Martech, or agencies (Klaviyo/Shopify ecosystem is a plus).
  • Proven track record as a full-cycle Account Executive from first conversation to close.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills to quickly uncover real problems and determine fit.
  • Comfort selling a complex, high-trust service rather than a transactional product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and high ownership.

Nice to have

  • Background in Lifecycle Marketing service delivery or Shopify Tech/vendor sales.
  • Existing network within Klaviyo/Shopify/partner ecosystems.
